A subscription fee is charged for access to the Neocart software. You can use the program for the time specified in the license agreement. You may install Neocart on one or more computers at no additional charge as long as you use Neocart on one computer at the same time. By the term "computer" we mean the machine (hardware, station) on which the Neocart program is installed. Before the end of the subscription period, the user may extend it for the next period by paying the fee specified in the current price list for the same version of the software.
The license for the Neocart software is assigned to the user who purchased the program. The seller does not allow the rental, resale, lease or transfer of Neocart licenses to third parties.
The license for the Neocart software does not entitle you to run multiple instances of the program on the server and use them via Remote Desktop.
The purchase of a license enables the use of technical support offered by the Seller, which is provided electronically in the period depending on the purchased license. The seller will make software updates available electronically.
All rights related to Neocart belong to the author of the program, Tomasz Zdrodowski. You may not make any changes to the software or use the program modules separately (including documentation and multimedia lessons) without the written consent of the author. In addition, the author does not consent to reverse engineering, decompiling, debugging, or attempts to discover the source code of the program or any part of it. The source code of the Neocart software is the intellectual property of the author and will not be disclosed.
The Neocart software may only be used for the own needs of the user for whom it was registered. The seller bears no responsibility for the consequences of using the software. The user bears full responsibility for the consequences of using the program. The software seller will take all available measures to eliminate from the group of users persons who will break the applicable law or the terms of the license agreement.
The application is distributed only through the website dronetic.pl. Making the program available in computer magazines, electronic carriers, local networks and the Internet requires the written consent of the authorized representative of the Seller. The author of the program does not agree to sell or share the program with third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Seller nor the author shall in any event be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of business, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary damages) ) resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
The user acknowledges that the software is provided "as made" without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. The Seller cannot guarantee that the Neocart software will work properly in conjunction with any computer hardware, operating system or third-party software that meets the requirements specified by the Seller. The seller cannot guarantee that the software will meet all the user's expectations, i.e. it will have functionality that has not been clearly described in the user documentation, and in the user's opinion should be included in the program.
To access the program, download the trial version from dronetic.pl and install it on your computer. The trial version can be used for 30 days. Before or after the end of the license period of the trial version, you can extend the operation of the program by purchasing a full license for the selected period of time. The purchase of a full license takes place at cartographic.pl. After purchase, the user will receive a license key to the e-mail address provided during registration. This key must be entered in the Neocart application. The license key may not be shared with third parties. If you lose your license key, you may not be able to install the program and update it. In case of abuse, the user's license key will be blocked.
After installing the Neocart software on a new computer or after upgrading an older version, you will need to activate the program. Activation consists in entering the code received from the manufacturer after purchasing the license. The user receives a unique code, thanks to which he can activate the program only for his own use in accordance with the terms of the license.
By installing the program, the Consumer (a natural person who purchases licenses for his own use) loses the right to withdraw from a distance contract before the expiry of the statutory 14-day period and he is not entitled to return the purchased software because licenses for Neocart software are personal, issued for a specific Customer . In addition, at the time of license activation, the period of providing the software update service by the Seller begins. Therefore, the user agrees to use the Seller's provision of access to software updates immediately after he installs and activates the Neocart program on his computer. Therefore, before making a purchase, the Customer should use the 30-day trial version Neocart software to ensure that the software meets all requirements and is adapted to the computer system used by the Customer.
