Dronetic Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki at ul. 11 Listopada 12 [Seller] is a manufacturer and distributor of licenses for the Neocart software. The sale takes place electronically via the dronetic.pl website in the form of a remote subscription agreement between the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, and the Seller. The purchase of the software is related to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale presented in these Regulations. The Seller provides the Customer with the correct operation of the website 24 hours a day throughout the year , provided that the Customer uses the current version of the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser or its equivalent with cookies and JavaScript enabled. Regulations - a set of provisions specifying the rights of the Customer and the rules and conditions for the sale of licenses for the Neocart software as well as the rules of complaint procedure. The website is a website on the Internet available at dronetic.pl through which the sale of licenses and delivery of Neocart software takes place. The Customer is a natural person (private or entrepreneur), legal or other organizational unit that purchases licenses for Neocart software on the Website. The User is a natural or legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality that uses the software purchased by the Customer. Software license - an agreement for the use of computer software, concluded between the Customer who will use the program and the software producer Dronetic Sp. z o. o. defines the conditions under which the Customer may use the Neocart program. A computer is a device operating under the control of Microsoft Windows, which meets the minimum technical requirements necessary to run the Neocart software. Single-seat license - a license that allows you to use the Neocart software only on one computer at the same time. The activation code is a unique string of alphanumeric characters assigned to a specific User and provided to the Customer by the Website after purchasing a license. License activation, also known as program activation, is performed using an activation code assigned to the Customer. Technical assistance, called technical support, is assistance offered by the Manufacturer in solving problems related to the use of the Neocart program. Technical support is provided in the period from 1 to 24 months depending on the license option selected by the customer.
Dronetic Sp. z o. o. is the Administrator of Customers' Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Customer data is not transferred, resold or lent to other entities. When registering on the Website, the Customer provides his data voluntarily, including an e-mail address, login, which will be his identifier and the name (e.g. company or name and surname) under which the program is to be registered. The Seller processes the Customer's personal data in order to complete the order, including issuing a personal license for the Neocart software. After registration, the Customer receives an individual account on the Website, thanks to which, after logging in to the customer zone, he will be able to purchase a license for the software and gain access to the activation code and any subsequent software updates. The e-mail address provided during registration will be the authorized address for technical support. In addition, only this e-mail address can be used to start the password change procedure for the Website and to obtain the activation code assigned to the Customer. Changing the Customer's e-mail address is possible after verifying the Customer's identity. The customer has the ability to view his data and the ability to make changes and delete them from the computer system of the Seller. The customer declares that the data provided by him when placing the order, including the e-mail address to which the keys to activate the program will be sent, are true and do not violate the rights of third parties or generally applicable law. The e-mail address constituting the User's ID will be used to contact the Seller with the Customer. At any time, the customer may block their receipt by informing the Seller. The customer is responsible for keeping access data for downloading the program , including login, password, activation code and installation files included in the Vantage Studio software, in a safe place. The transfer of the above data to public information is prohibited.
The website sells licenses for the Neocart software in electronic form via the Internet. The Neocart program works only on Microsoft Windows. For the proper operation of the Neocart software, it is recommended to use the Windows 7 or newer operating system. The Neocart software is not sold but licensed. The purchase agreement applies only to the license to use the program for the period specified in the agreement. The website sells licenses only in Poland, fulfilling orders placed by adult natural persons or legal persons, residing or having their registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland. With the purchase of a license, the Customer receives the opportunity to use the technical support offered by the Seller, which is provided electronically for a period depending on the license option purchased, ranging from 1 to 24 months, counted from the date of delivery of the license to the User. Technical support includes basic information on the operation of the program and issues related to solving problems related to the use of the program. Technical support does not include individual training in the use of the program, which is provided for a fee, and does not concern solving problems not directly related to the use of Neocart software. Before the license expires, the Customer will be able to extend the licenses for the next subscription period according to the current price list. The Seller will provide software updates electronically in the form of a new version of the program in a trial version, which the Customer can download from the website and install. The customer will receive information about available updates to the e-mail address if he agrees.
The customer who wants to purchase a license for the first time should first download the trial version of the Neocart program from the main page of the Website. The trial version can be used for 30 days from the moment of installation. In order to purchase a commercial license, you must complete the registration form on the Website, providing your e-mail address and additional data necessary to register the license and issue a VAT invoice. Payment for the license purchase is made by bank transfer to the company account of Dronetic Sp. z o . o . The seller issues a VAT invoice and sends it to the e-mail address after making the payment within 3 working days. The VAT invoice confirms the license purchase. The customer receives a license activation code for the program to the provided e-mail address after making the payment by bank transfer. The activation code must be entered after starting the program. Shopping can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customer agrees to receive a VAT invoice in electronic form. All prices on the Store's website are net prices in Polish zlotys (PLN) and do not include 23% VAT (tax on goods and services).
The customer is entitled to use the Neocart software under the conditions set out in the license agreement attached to the program. The customer is obliged to read and accept the license agreement before using the Neocart software. You can read the license agreement before purchasing the program on the License page . In order to take full advantage of all the features available in the purchased license option, the Neocart program must be activated with the activation code received from the manufacturer. One program license allows you to run it on only one computer at a time. You can run multiple instances of the program on the same computer.
Before making a purchase, the Customer should use the trial version of the Neocart software, which can be used for 30 days, to ensure that the software meets all the Customer's requirements and is adapted to the computer system used by the Customer. Software licenses are personal and customer-specific, and therefore cannot be canceled or returned. Possible returns will be considered only in special situations. If the Customer wants to return the software, he should contact the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the license, e.g. by sending an e-mail to the following address: contact@dronetic.pl and providing accurate data enabling his identification and justification for wanting to return the license for the Neocart software. Complaints will be considered individually within 7 days of their receipt. Confirmation of receipt of the resignation will be sent to the Customer to the e-mail address from which the resignation was received. If any irregularities in the operation of the Neocart software are found, this fact should be reported to the Seller. For this purpose, it is enough to send an e-mail to contact@dronetic.pl along with data used to identify the license owner and describe the problem in detail. The seller will confirm the receipt of the complaint and will take action to diagnose the problem and will respond to the customer's complaint within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notification. In the event of finding a defect in the Neocart software resulting from the fault of the Seller, which prevents normal operation of the program, the Manufacturer will try to repair the defect, replace the product with a defect-free one or, if the repair is not possible, will propose a refund of the costs incurred by the Customer for the purchase of the license.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply. Disputes are dealt with by the court with local and material jurisdiction. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations, with the proviso that contracts concluded before the change of the Regulations shall be governed by the version of the Regulations in force at the time of placing the order by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices or license options included in the offer, especially if a new version of the Neocart software is made available, but the changes will not apply to Customers who ordered a license before the changes were introduced. None of the provisions of these regulations are intended to infringe the rights of the Customer and thus cannot be interpreted in this way. In the event of non-compliance of any part of the Regulations with applicable law, the Seller undertakes to strictly comply with the provisions of law and interpret any disputes in favor of the Customer.
